Bachelor Degree in any stream with minimum 60% marks and Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE/B.Tech Degree with 60% marks.

Ground Duty Technical (AE-L)

10+2 with Physics & Mathematics and 4 Years Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.

Ground Duty Technical (AE-M)

10+2 with Physics & Mathematics and 4 Years Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
